Sri Lanka
Join Bristol and Liz on magical Sri Lanka for an eight-day, seven-night yoga retreat. Situated among the peaceful surrounding trees, shrubs and flowers, we’ll dive deep into both yoga asana and meditation. Off the mat, we’ll have a pool for sunbathing and a lakefront view in the jungle to enjoy the eagles, monkeys and butterflies. We’ll also be a short drive (5-10 minutes) from beautiful beaches (including a great surf spot!)

Mexico
Join Bristol Maryott and Carrie Cooper for an Ashtanga Intensive in beautiful Tulum, Mexico. We’ll be right on the beach at eco-chic and luxurious Amansala Retreat Center. This gorgeous setting will be perfect for dropping deeply into intensive practice. We’ll have daily extended practices exploring primary, second and third series as well as pranayama and meditation. Ashtanga and yoga newbies are heartily welcome! There will also be time to enjoy the beach and explore Mexican culture. We’ll visit Mayan Ruins together as a group trip. We’ll be nourished by fresh, vegetarian food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, escape the dreary March weather for sun, sand and setu bandhasana! Tulum is a deeply spiritual place known as an energy vortex — join us there!

North India - Rishikesh
Join us for 13 days and 12 nights exploring yogic culture, Himalayan scenery, and new friendships. We start in Rishikesh on the banks of the Ganges, the birthplace of yoga. Temple bells and the Himalayan breeze invite calm and openness. Each day includes strong, devotional asana, study of timeless philosophy, mantra, meditation, and time to reflect on what matters. At dusk we join the Ganga Aarti, a moving riverside ceremony of light and intention. Then we travel to Jim Corbett National Park, a protected wilderness. Here practice blends with nature: morning yoga, healthy meals, and safaris where elephants, deer, and the rare Bengal tiger show our connection to all life. Evenings are for rest, stories, philosophy, and quiet under the stars before returning home.
February 18 - March 1, 2028 | starting at $3900
Tanzania
This retreat offers a magical safari experience enriched with an immersion into Maasai culture. Our travel will be rooted in the seva (selfless service) of our lovely hosts, doctors who have created medical, social and educational projects in the community. Overall, this is a special opportunity for a yoga retreat that fosters connection to the local community and reverence for the natural majesty and animals of Tanzania.
